Le travail de Meg Roe, à titre de comédienne, metteuse en scène, dramaturge, compositrice et conceptrice sonore, a été présenté partout au Canada, notamment au Crows Theatre, au Shaw Festival, au Theatre Calgary, au Canadian Stage, au Factory Theatre, au PuSh Festival, aux Alberta Theatre Projects, au Bard on the Beach, au Theatre Junction, au Citadel Theatre, au Ruby Slippers Theatre, à l'Electric Company Theatre, au Blackbird Theatre, au Theatre Aquarius, à l'Arts Club Theatre Company, au Belfry Theatre, au Theatre SKAM, au Manitoba Theatre Centre, au Catalyst Theatre, à RealWheels, à l'Intrepid Theatre, à l'Elbow Theatre, au Vancouver Playhouse, au Western Canada Theatre, au Centre national des Arts, au Centaur Theatre, au Centre des arts de Banff, au Yukon Arts Centre, à Why Not Theatre et à la Savage Society.
À l'international, elle a collaboré avec l'American Conservatory Theatre (San Francisco) et le Center Theater Group (Los Angeles), ainsi qu'avec la célèbre compagnie de danse Kidd Pivot de Crystal Pite.
